Absolutely beautiful property — Breckenridge Apartments really feels like a little resort. The landscaping is always well kept, the grounds are super clean, and everything looks thoughtfully designed. Every time I pull in, it just looks polished and welcoming. On top of that, the staff is genuinely great. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, professional, and quick to help, and you can tell they take pride in the community. It’s rare to find a place that’s this gorgeous and has a team that makes you feel taken care of. Highly recommend!

This place is beautiful! Close to all the fun this city has to bring. Great staff that listens to your concerns and acts quickly to solve any issue we might have. The managers need a raise and the maintenance are really nice and respectful.

I recently stayed at Brackenridge Courtland in San Antonio, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, the community felt warm, welcoming, and above all, safe. A true home away from home. The property has a homely vibe with everything you need for a comfortable stay, offering full-service amenities that make day-to-day living effortless. Although the decor can do with some more modern furniture it was enough for a stay. A special mention goes to Chris (Christopher, Community Relation Manager) at Courtland, who went above and beyond to make my stay seamless. He was incredibly courteous and attentive. He helped me with a delivery packages, giving me a detailed tour of the property even after office hours, and even assisting me in setting up the resident app despite me not having a phone number. His professionalism and genuine kindness made all the difference and truly elevated my experience here. The location is very close to the pearl making the weekend easier to uber around. I think you can walk to the Brackenridge park too. Since it is not right in the Main Street it is very quiet at night. Overall, Brackenridge Courtland is not just a service apartment, but it feels like a community where you can relax, feel secure, and be well taken care of. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, welcoming, and comfortable place to stay in San Antonio.

My daughter has lived here for three years, and my wife and I stay with her when we visit (sometimes for weeks at a time). We all love it here. I feel very secure here because it is a gated community. The access through the phone and key FOB works really well. The leasing staff is helpful and responsive. They are really good about receiving Amazon packages. Covered parking is available for a fee. We have never seen a bug in the apartment. The swimming pool area is an oasis of nature and man-made design. Kudos to the developers who cared enough to preserve mature trees. It's a really beautiful amenity. It includes waterfalls, chaises, umbrellas, a grilling area, hammock, and Adirondack chairs.
