The Highline

I just recently moved in here, and the process went flawlessly with the help of the management. They are such a great help, if you ever have any issues, you can just visit the office or give them a call, and they will offer help in a timely manner. The location is also very nice, as Costco is right next door, and there's a shuttle for UTSA right down the road!

I recently moved into The Highline and have had an amazing experience so far! The apartment is spacious, beautifully designed, and the modern finishes really stand out. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help, and maintenance has been quick and professional whenever needed. I also love the community amenities, especially the gym and pet park. Overall, I’m very happy to call The Highline home and look forward to living here for a long time!

GERMAN ROACHES. I am giving Highline 2 stars instead of 1 because, in general, management was pretty good across the board for a complex this size: every unit I've been in was very nice in terms of design, there's a lot of space, and maintenance was not only timely, but also very friendly. I think there's a great apartment here, but there is a fatal flaw with, as far as I can tell, multiple buildings. (9 and 5 in particular.) And that is the persistent, re-emerging presence of German Cockroaches. They're mentioned in a lot of reviews, and for good reason. For the entirety of our lease, at least once a month we'd see one of these little buggers in the bathroom or closet. It was a rare and unfortunate visit, and Management has offered fumigation, but even after treatments, they just kept returning. I think the building was infested in one of the units and we got the rare invader in our unit. German Cockroaches, you should know, are very prone to hitchhiking and breeding extremely quickly. You can go from having a couple to a couple thousand very quickly, and they might just come along with you if you decide to move. They're one of the nastier pests you can get, and we lived in fear that someday the rare invader would turn into an infestation of our unit all the time. I don't know why they've persisted past multiple treatments. Thankfully, we're moved and haven't seen a single one, but please be mindful if you're planning to move in here. Buildings are completely disconnected, so your mileage may vary.

She is most wonderful women with patience , clarity what not. The only reason i want to come to highline is she , such a amazing soul, the responsiveness and the way she treats is amazing. Greystar kuddos to hire these kind of people. Destiny is the best!

Even though we have only been living in this apartment for a week, I wanted to write this review about our experience so far. From the moment we looked and inquire information about The Highline apartments, Destiny, the manager has been amazing! She has been so informative, helpful and so easy to communicate with. Always kind, prompt to respond and assist. She made the process of choosing, signing up and moving a breeze. Upon moving into the apartment, there were a few items that needed repair and immediate attention, like a leak under the sink, refrigerator was off, missing drawer cover in the bathroom and vents needed cleaning. But Destiny and the maintenance team got to work right away and fixed everything and got the vendors needed to come and take care of the vents and dryer. Big kudos to Ernest, Santiago and Joe Angel from the maintenance team for all their hard work and for being so prompt to respond and immediately help! They even took the time to show us how to close the blinds, replace the door knob in the storage unit, got us a brand new trash can for outside, etc. The apartment is beautiful and spacious! Huge closet! Stainless steel appliances. They installed brand new floors and blinds, and can tell that all walls, kitchen and bathroom cabinets got painted too. The bathroom looked great as the bathtub and sink got resurfaced. Got brand new washer and dryer as well! The amenities are so nice, love the doggie park, pool and grill areas too. The mailboxes have their own nice, covered and gated little house where only the mail carrier and residents can access. Love the mature trees and the view we have from our living room! We are confident we made the right decision in choosing the Highline apartments! We already love it here! It is a nice and quiet community and close from UTSA, Costco, HEB and so much more! Thank you so much Destiny and team for making us feel at home already!!
