New office staff was amazing, called with many questions and they were able to answer everything I needed! Such a positive change in this complex!

Don’t rent here . It takes them literally 2 weeks - a month to fix anything. My AC went out and they didn’t provide a fan , a window unit or ANYTHING. The manager said ”everyone goes through it , you should be fine” after I told him me and my child cannot live in these types of conditions.

This place is horrible. I’ve have been living here for a 8 long long years. Management is horrible and maintenance is horrible out here as well. They never answer the phone and when they don’t answer the phone they are highly rude. neighbors out here or just as worse. It’s like they just put anybody in these apartments. And these roaches are just as bad. I will not recommend these apartments to my worst enemy. These people out here do not care about their residences, but only care about the rent every first of the month and that’s it these apartments don’t even deserve a one it remind you when you put in a work order, they close it out, but your things are still broken

Do NOT rent here. This place is a very dangerous area & management sucks! I’m telling you. Neighbors steal your online orders (any), throw garbage around your place, there’s dog poop all over the buildings, infinite roaches, no matter how many times they spray down your place or how deep you clean, you’ll still find them. Someone tried to steal my car and I asked management if I could check cameras and they said they don’t work! Why would they had them for then?!? Just don’t ever live here.

It is almost impossible to get a staff on the phone or catch someone in the office. I see the maintenance staff about the property all the time they try to help if they can. There are a couple of problematic residents out here that make the property a little uncomfortable. The story cats are a huge problem because residents let them roam around and impregnate one another. The roaches, ants , and spiders are awful and pretty bothersome. Rates go up a lot because the property manager won't deal with the residents letting their children roam unattended and they destroy things, tamper with the AC units and turn of the buildings light supply switches. The access gates are always open so there is lots of young-driver speeding in the property and unattended teens going in/out the property. I wish my mom would move already.
