EDIT: called yesterday to reach the manager, was told she was “not there”. tried to call twice today and both calls have been ignored and not picked up. fake response. i’ve lived here for multiple years and the parlor will allow your car to get towed even though you pay $100+ for parking every month and they have all of your car information (make, model, license plate). they won’t tell the towing company to release your car either, which makes you end up paying $300 in fees to get your car back. both of these occurrences have happened with my pass in my car btw. if you want to pay hundreds of dollars in towing fees even though you’ve basically given the parlor your left kidney in parking costs then live here

The Parlor at San Marcos is such a great place to live! The apartments are nice, the location is super convenient, and it really feels like home. The staff here are awesome — super friendly and always quick to help with anything. They honestly make living here so much easier and stress-free. Definitely recommend it!
