I have lived here for over 6 months and it has been the best experience I have ever had with any rental. The excellent staff has always gone above and beyond to help me with whatever I need and all of my neighbors have been nothing but friendly. I can’t recommend it enough!

When I came in to tour my future apartment, the first thing I noticed was how welcoming everything felt. The units are very modern, up-to-date, and incredibly spacious. If you’re looking for a place to truly feel at home, these townhomes are a great choice. Danielle and Odalys were both so kind and attentive—from asking about my day to making sure they helped me find the perfect apartment. This has honestly been the best experience I’ve ever had while apartment hunting.

Me and my spouse moved in here about a year ago and we absolutely loved it. The apartment itself is spacious for 1100 sq ft, it’s got a great interior and a nice porch area. We have had no issues with anything like noise, neighbors, or management. If we had any issues with maintenance, management went out of their way to make sure we got a solution asap. Overall a 5/5 experience and worth taking a look at!

The place is as beautiful as the picture shows. Even though the place is smaller (units roughly over 1100 sqr feet) they do a good job setting up the rooms and kitchen in a manner that lets you have more space in the kitchen with a pantry and rooms that can fit a king size with space to move. However, the low star rating is due to the staff. My wife and I never moved in. Due to an emergency we ended up not being able to sign on to the lease after completing and being approved for the apartment. When we toured the unit and got the information for moving in. During this time the leasing agent (forget her name) told us the standard Security deposit ($300 minimum for the unit) was needed to lock in the unit once one became available (she specifically called it a security deposit, nothing suspicious right?). Since we didn't want to lose the unit and were trying to move out pretty quickly we soon paid the deposit a few days afterwards. Now we were instructed to go online and do the background checks and fill out the documents for the apartment application. We paid the application fee (understandjng the $50 each app was non-refundable). After being approved and 5 days after still waiting on the lease to be sent to us to sign (which it was contractually supposed to be sent within 3 days) our emergency happened. Luckily at that point no lease was signed so we could just pull our security deposit back and be able to go about our already stressful day. This wasn't the case, when we went to get our deposit back we were told by the leasing agent that the $300 wasn't a security deposit but was a "administrative/holding fee". This was never told to us nor specified on any documents. The apartment application shows that the administration/holding fee was non-refundable but never stated that either of these so called "fees" were the $300 security that it was presented as. The leasing agent, manager, and general manager all tried to gaslight me saying that the $300 holding fee turns into the security deposit after you sign the lease. I'm sure they don't even know that online when you have to pay the "security deposit" it literally states it as "deposit to secure the unit". After bringing this at the time I thought misunderstanding to their Gen manager I was just told that it's clearly stated in the contract despite the fact that I have the documents and am reading exactly what they claim explains and shows this and it is never stated anywhere that the initial payment placed is not a security deposit but is a holding fee until a lease is signed. What's funny is that if I signed the lease and finished my 12 months I would be eligible to have it refunded, so why isn't it possible to get back the deposit when there was literally no DMG to consider? Also, the unit wasn't even available until estimated April 7 (I applied in early March), they tried lying saying that they missed out on potential applicants because of me "securing" the unit. What unit was there to even lose out on if there was no unit available to begin with? We only placed the deposit initially so we can get the first one available. Bottom line, they don't detail all of what needs to be stated to applicants and showed poor customer service in our time of need. Pretty place but I feel bad for any applicants and current residents and hope they don't screw anyone else over who has signed a lease with them. They should be properly advising applicants and current tenants of all stipulations.
