Love everything about this apartment complex except the towing company they use is too eager I think, make sure your visitors are registered at all times or they'll get towed and pay a hefty amount. Other than that the the staff is very friendly and helpful. Things are well maintained.

Iβve had a really frustrating experience with this apartment community. Communication has been a major issue. Management (Amy) often talks over me on the phone and doesnβt follow up with requested information. Maintenance also damaged my bed during a repair, and management has refused to take responsibility or offer a solution. On top of that, my apartment was not properly cleaned when I moved in. Iβve also had trouble reaching anyone at the corporate level, which makes resolving issues even more difficult. Overall, this has been a disappointing experience, and I would strongly encourage others to do thorough research before choosing to live here. ππ½ππ½ππ½ππ½ππ½ππ½ππ½ππ½ππ½ππ½

I lived at Highland Cove and had an overall frustrating and honestly concerning experience due to multiple ongoing issues that were never properly resolved. One of the biggest problems was the air conditioning. It failed on two separate occasions during the summer, leaving us without cooling in extreme heat for multiple days. It took more than two days each time to fix, and no temporary solution was offered, which made the living conditions extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. There were also consistent ventilation issues. Our unit would frequently fill with the smell of marijuana from other apartments, and nothing effective was done to stop it. On top of that, when nearby units were being repainted, strong paint fumes would enter our apartment through the vents. The fumes were overwhelming at times and made it uncomfortable to stay inside, which is especially concerning from a health standpoint. We also experienced recurring pest issues. Despite keeping a very clean apartment, we still had to deal with cockroaches throughout our stay. At one point, we even had to catch and kill a mouse ourselves, which was shocking and unacceptable for any apartment. Maintenance quality was another concern. Repairs in the bathroom appeared rushed and poorly done. The tile replacement didnβt match and looked out of place, and the wall repair seemed like a quick patch rather than a proper fix, raising concerns about possible underlying issues like moisture or mold. What was most concerning, though, was the environment created by other residents. There were multiple instances where I had to call the police (at least three separate times) because of people screaming and situations that sounded like physical altercations either inside units or out in the parking lot. It created a constant sense of unease and made the complex feel unsafe at times. It is not something you expect to deal with where you live. Overall, these repeated problems made it difficult to feel comfortable in the apartment. It felt like many concerns were acknowledged but never fully addressed, which made the experience disappointing. Save your money and do not move here. There also was an ongoing issue with the tow trucks as they tow pretty much anything and anyone they see if rules are not followed such as registering visitors or registering your own resident vehicle which is absurd as there was never a parking issue in the past.
