Editing as we have finally moved out of this horrible living space: This is the fifth apartment complex I have lived in in the last six years because I've moved around a lot in order to finish up my education and I have never had a move out experience like this apartment required. Our move out experience was just as poor as our move in experience. They force you to clean the entire apartment, which would be normal, except they require professional carpet cleaning services paid for by the tenant in their tiny ass bedrooms with minimal carpet. We asked how this could be done and were given options, one of which we chose which was to do it ourselves with pet grade cleaner as we have a pet. I have this in writing. They proceeded to charge us for carpet cleaning after we moved out because it wasn't "perfect" despite me providing pictures of the finished, clean room. Additionally, we were told we had overpaid for several amenities but were only given that information and the charge back when we asked for detailed information on the amount the apartment claims we owe them after moving out. If you can live anywhere else in town, I can not recommend that to you enough. Save yourself the headache of this terrible management team and uncomfortable, tiny living spaces. We're grateful to be done with them and will be sure to discourage everyone we know and anyone we meet from even looking in this direction. Live literally anywhere else in town. Our apartment has stunk of weed ever since we moved in in July and the complex refuses to do anything about it. They’ve sent us to the local police department multiple times who then tell us to contact apartment management who then do nothing and send us back to the police. Additionally, we’ve tried numerous times to gain access to the clubhouse after hours and we are still unable to get in after multiple times trying and over five months of living here. The apartments are tiny and the rent is ridiculously expensive for what you get. I will not be suggesting this complex to any of my friends and we will happily move out as soon as our lease is up. Editing this review because it only gets worse: Last week, our electricity was out for over 24 hours. When we alerted the management, they told us to call "the city". We called our provider, who sent Oncor out to check on the electricity who stated that our electricity should be working. Over 24 hours later, we received a call from the construction manager that our power was back on. It was out because they switched up the wiring of our unit with another unit resulting in our power being cut out when the other unit should've lost power. Not only that, but we've been paying electricity for another unit since we moved in. Now the complex and management are refusing to take responsibility for their error and offering no retribution for the damage done. This has been, by far, my worst experience living in an apartment. They are unprofessional and do not take ownership of anything. We have been miserable since the day we moved in.

Excellent professional friendly Amanda Hendrix assisted us and we were treated like royalty. We had spent 3 days and endless hours trying to find a place to call home. Amanda was so helpful and made us feel comfortable and confident in choosing our new home. She is the reason we signed a lease. Thank you for sharing her with us. Randy & Randi Jensen

This place is awful - DO NOT RENT HERE! I signed my lease on 11/19/2024 and was set to move in on 01/31/2025. A week before my move-in date, I was notified that the area manager (Mayra) decided she didn't like they way my original lease was worded, so in order to receive my keys on move-in day, I needed to sign a new lease. (Mind you - I and the property manager had already signed my lease over a month ago). However, after several calls to corporate, I finally got a hold of the area manager and after letting know that I was reaching out to an attorney - miraculously, a new lease was no longer needed. (When Mayra finally called me - she called from a blocked number - how convenient). Pest Control: It is $5 a month, but they don't tell you that they only spray "quarterly." Additionally, the current property manager (Nadaya), who has been here since I moved in, in January 2025, has now informed me, that they do not have records of my apartment being sprayed for pest prior to September of 2025 (sound like quarterly to you?). Furthermore, they don't tell you that if you want them to come out more frequently, you have to put a work order in for it. Finally - pest control will only come out on Tuesdays. So, if you discover a pest problem on Wednesday, you're screwed till the following week. I also have it noted on my work orders that they have to call me and ask for permission to enter my apartment, but they don't. When I reached out to Nadaya about this, she stated, "I was busy so I just handed the pest control guy the keys." Also, none of the doors are properly sealed, so ants are HORRIBLE (I even put a maintenance request to fix the doors, and they just put duct tape on it). Security: shortly after I moved in, I notified the property manager (Nadaya) of suspicious activity. Her response? "Crime has no zip code, but we'll let our construction crew know to be on the lookout." Good to know you care more about the construction crew's equipment then you do your own residents. A car was stolen a few months back and there are no security cameras. Thin walls: While my neighbors are nice, I can hear the baby crying loud and clear throughout the night. Same with my neighbors' dogs. Smoking: they use to send out reminders all the time about no smoking, but it's my assumption its not enforced. There's a lot of residents that sit on their front porch & smoke, including weed. Gym/pool/Trash: There is a small gym, but if there is more than 1 person in there, good luck using the equipment. The pool is tiny and there is NO hot tub. Just a small kiddy pool attached to the main pool. If there is more than one family in it, good luck using it. The dumpster by building 26 is CONSTANTLEY overflowing. $1,395 for a 1b/1b (639sqft) apartment is absolutely ridiculous and NOT in line with market value. That does NOT include pest control, water, sewer, trash (around $70), electricity ($90-115 - Gexa) or internet ($55.55 AT&T). With rent + utilities, I am paying OVER $1,600 a month! Trust me, you can find bigger, better quality, and more reputable apartments in the area.
