Having lived at several owned property and now back in the rental market I had high expectations. Alison and Alissa were always professional and went out of their way numerous times to help us and my 85 year old mother in law. AWESOME STAFF!!

Ginger, Brian, Alison and Alyssa are amazing! They have always been helpful and immediately responsive to our needs. They are so caring and have worked with us in every situation. I cannot speak highly enough of the experience we have had with them during our rental needs. I highly recommend any property they manage, you are lucky to have them in your corner!

I lived on a property managed by this group and I found Alissa and Alison to be so kind and helpful. They were always very attentive to my needs and understood and listened when I had concerns. When it comes to working with a property management office, I find that being patient and personable and friendly matters if you want to be treated the same way :) You can consider that a pro-tip😉

I lived here for 4 years and never had a bad experience. The property management is easy to work with and always available if needed. My loft shared the best view in all of Waco. Allison is a pleasure to work with, and she has everyone's best interest at heart. Would recommend to anyone looking for beautiful lofts to live in.

The area is pretty cool but HH hasn’t been renovated in a long time. I did get compliments on location, overall vibe of the building, ceiling height etc. Kitchen is outdated though. Was told a new fridge would be put in upon my move in, a year later still nothing. Management did nothing to stop smokers from smoking inside over a total of 6 months. They eventually moved out. Got in to tenants clothes next door and in my unit. There were times where the staff was helpful, which was appreciated, but most they fell short. Walls are thin, can hear neighbors TVs as if it were your own. Security deposit was returned late for me, and for other friends I️ knew that used to live their. Nothing was done for weeks about roaches. Dealt with rude staff upon calling and entering office. Like I️ said, sometimes they were kind and awesome, but it was really hit or miss which I️ found unprofessional. Floors need to be redone, got splinters under my fingernails just from picking thins off the floor on several occasions. Overpriced for the quality of unit, and management. Disappointed overall.
